These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of turbolaw.ai and related pages we operate (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.
1. The Site, not the platform
The Site provides information about Turbo Law. Access to the Turbo Law platform is governed by separate written agreements between Turbo Law and its customers, including order forms, subscription terms, a Data Processing Agreement, and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement. If those agreements conflict with these Terms with respect to the platform, those agreements control.
2. No legal advice; no attorney-client relationship
Turbo Law provides software, not legal services. Nothing on the Site — including product descriptions, articles, examples, or outputs depicted — constitutes legal advice, and your use of the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship with Turbo Law or anyone else. Legal decisions should be made by licensed attorneys exercising independent professional judgment.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, product imagery, and design — are owned by Turbo Law or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the Site for internal evaluation and informational purposes. The Turbo Law name, the turbolaw wordmark, and the slash logomark are trademarks of Turbo Law, Inc.; the Media Kit governs permitted brand use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse, probe, or disrupt the Site or its security; scrape or harvest content or data at scale, including for training machine-learning models; misrepresent your affiliation; or use the Site in violation of applicable law.
5. Submissions
If you send us feedback or ideas about our products through the Site, you grant Turbo Law a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or obligation. Don't submit confidential information through the Site; demo requests and applications are handled per our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites and services (including our Trust Center and job board). We're not responsible for their content or practices; their terms govern your use of them.
